You can also enjoy a complimentary hand and arm massage as part of your treatment if you choose. Dermaplaning is also known as epidermal levelling, or blading. It is the removal of the top layer of the skins surface, removing dead skin cells , minor skin imperfections & vellus hair (peach fuzz). Dermaplaning is a pain-free, safe & non-invasive treatment designed to make the skin feel smoother & appear healthier & more youthful. A sterile scalpel blade is used to gently smooth out the skin. A common misconception on Dermaplaning is that facial hair will grow out darker & thicker after the treatment. This is simply not true! Dermaplaning has no effect on the hair follicle at all & does not effect the regrowth of the hair.
